The leadership self-reflection paper focuses on how leadership behaviors support safe quality care. Students will reflect on their current clinical practice using Stanley's Reflective Process model and provide recommendations for further development. The self-reflection will include:

1. Examples of current behaviors that reflect leadership and emotional intelligence theories. (refer to Stanley's model steps 1-3)

2. Examples of current communication strategies to involve patients in their care and promote positive working relationships. (refer to Stanley's model steps 1-3)

3. Summary of personal strengths as a clinical leader and areas for further development. .(refer to Stanley's model steps 4-5)

4. Self-reflection strategies you will use in the future to enhance and sustain effective clinical leadership skills and behaviors (self-development plan).
