Identify the main cybersecurity and ethical issues in the Capital One breach. Undertake additional academic research into insider threats, cloud misconfiguration, and regulatory accountability to support your discussion.
Analyze the actions of Capital One leadership and the insider perpetrator, using your choice of Code of Professional Conduct (ACM, IEEE, or ACS) to assess professional responsibility and governance. Get expert-level assignment help in any subject.
