Title: Cloud Data Migration Tool
Team Dynamics: 2 SE + 2 EB Client: Pi Datacenters
Project Overview:
Pi Datacenters - With ground up architecture and varied industry frameworks, their solution portfolio caters to all major industry verticals. Their flagship enterprise cloud platform, Harbour1®, forms the backbone of our extensive stack of "As a Service" and "On Demand Solutions" around IaaS, PaaS Network, Security, Storage, Disaster Recovery, Backup and Containers. The portfolio stages off-the-shelf and customized data center services like Colocation, White Space and Managed Hosting, coupled with a strong layer of Managed Services.
The project is to design and develop a Migration tool - Tool to migrate virtual machines images from one cloud platform to other. The migration tool should automatically migrate data from existing on premise or other cloud operator to Pi Datacenter.
Key Deliverables: Succesful Cloud Data migration from source DC to Destination DC seamlesly.

Cpu, ram ,storage are attributes
To access vm we required IP
Source machine as network
Destination requires network, ram, cpu, storage
Security polices, storage capacity should be same as source in destination
Example, Aws to pi data a connection is needed
Source and destination should have different ip address
Data passes through internet

DC DR scenarios
Recovery plan applied in Replication.
Protection VM.
Reverse Replication/Re-protection
During the migration or replication suddenly if VM is shutdown, any issues with source or destination or during migration. Collecting logs from migration tool.
Final check is while replicating the data from source to destination we need a TEST CHECK.
Clean ups the test connection.
