Question: Letty is a passenger on a train. Due to the carelessness of the train engineer, the train jumps the tracks, and Letty's leg is injured in the resulting crash. Letty crawls away from the train because she is concerned about how precariously her train car is tipping. However, this means she is unprotected against the elements, and sits out in the rain, getting soaked, until rescue workers arrive. She contracts pneumonia as a result of sitting in the rain.
