Project:interpersonal communication concepts
• Consider a common interaction you have experienced with someone at work. If you work in your home, you may choose to use an interaction with a family member.
• Review the Introduction to Composing Relationships: Communication in Everyday Life (pp. 1-13).
• Reflect on what you may be able to gain from improving the interpersonal communication between you and your colleague or family member.
The assignment, due in Week 5:
• Compose a 3- to 5-page paper developing an account and analysis of a common episode of interpersonal communication you have experienced based on the readings in Composing Relationships: Communication in Everyday Life. Include the following in your paper:
1. Give a detailed account of an episode of everyday interaction you have experienced in your professional setting or at home, describing the verbal and nonverbal communication.
2. Select two interpersonal communication concepts from the list below to apply to the episode. Then, describe what this episode teaches you about the communication concepts you chose.
