Internship 1 : Charles and Keith Headquarter (7/2018-8/2018) in Singapore

Charles and Keith is a fast-fashion retailer brand with more than 600 stores worldwide. At first, I thought
I could apply the knowledge that I learned from school to the workforce, yet, I was wrong. My supervisor
assigned me tasks of analyzing the company's past distribution data and projecting the future company's
order from the overseas factories through excel.
Attending weekly business huddle
 Role 1: Intern of sales reporting in distribution

• My responsibilities include maintaining warehouse arrangement and minimizingmisspend by calculating excel order between overseas factories, warehouses, and 300 stores.

• Moreover, I was responsible to assist my supervisor to monitor accounts of distributed products with the company's budget preparation.

• Furthermore, I was in charge of analyze and generate reports of inventory and distribution performance (attend business weekly huddle) to the team in order to resolve inventory issue promptly.

Role 2: Public Relation in the marketing department

• Establishing positive relationships with customers, influencers, and the fashion industry by responding to the requests and concerns, reaching out to the interest groups, and releasing information on the latest products.

•  Updating and managing Charles & Keith Facebook, Gmail, and Instagram accounts by writing organizational publications and creating posts to promote the seasonal campaign.

Internship 2 :Diamond Equity Research (8/2019-9/2019) Remote
Role 1: Intern of Equity Research Analyst

• My responsibilities include analyzing financial information (report 2 - Comparison of FDM and IWC ETFs) and evaluating risks and opportunities (report 1 - Analyze Energizer Holdings in third quarter 2019) following up by generating new investment ideas and creating reports for my supervisor.

•  Generate daily reports on the assigned task for analyzing the information

• Generate opinion on buying from a data perspective

Role 2: Intern of Marketing Department

•  Ensure Diamond Equity Research's social media sites are successful by not only increasing the traffices but also promoting the contents

•  Advertised company's products through Twitter, Facebook, and Linkedin in attracting potential clients

• Consistently active daily posts on social media and immediate responses to consumers' concerns

• By promoting company's brand, I have increased its Facebook's engagement rate by 100 percent; Also, drastically reduce Facebook's response time.

• Update the Twitter users with daily financial news to build a robust social media platform.

• Building a reliable active social media site is dependent upon the company distributing research information that turned out to be profitable in the future.

• Generate weekly report to my supervisor upon the social media performance

• Reviewing and revising Business Pitch Analysis for my supervisors

Internship 3 :

•  Not only diversity my interests (in the finance field) but also reaffirm my passion in marketing
• The drastic improvement in the company's portfolio makes me feel confident and even provokes my ambition in the marketing  industry
• By utilizing the power of internet and social media, I interweave my passion to the workforce, and most importantly, successfully   promote the company's social media portfolio
