Identify and explain factors that influence the price-earnings ratio. Please consider and identify both internal and external factors that may be influential in affecting your company's PE ratio. Please use the Walmart's annual report to write from 2 to 4 pages paper addressing the following:

1, identify and explain those factors that may affect and influence the market price of company's common stock. Incorporate any information that you have learned in other classes such as economics and finance in addition to all of your accounting classes. please make referenceto current events that may have an influence in affecting a company's market price of common stock.

2, identify and explain those factors that may influence and effect a company's earnings per share. Market specific reference to topics we covered in the chapters covered in the text in all of Intermidiate Accounting. Keep in mind and make reference as to the effects of accounting methods, estimates, concepts and principles that may influence not only the quantity but also the quantity of a company's earnings.
