Task
During class time, you will be required to perform analysis of data as a group and present the results. Individuals will also write a review of the presentations of others.

Assessment Description
Topics assessed may cover Weeks 5, 7 to 11:
Sampling distributions
Confidence interval estimation
Hypothesis testing
Correlation and simple linear regression
Multiple linear regression and inference
Time Series and Chi-square tests

Assessment Instructions
Stage 1: Group analysis
In Week 12 class
Group format: Students will work together on statistical analyses of provided data, and document the results ready for presentation.
One file (Word or powerpoint) is to be submitted on MyKBS per group, by the end of class. Please list each group member's name and ID on the document.

Stage 2: Group presentation
In Week 12 class
Each group member will have 2 minutes to speak. A natural division of steps taken in the analysis and interpretation can be divided up between group members, e.g.
background and business question(s) to be answered,
data and statistical methodology used,
results and
recommendations.

Students will individually provide feedback on the strengths, as well as the weaknesses, of each presentation
