Also make a graph of the measurements on your own sample to see if they show a linear relationship between intensity and light absorption. This makes it easier for you to choose the most reliable measurement. Choose one suitable measurement from your results that fits well within the range of the standard line and use it to calculate the strength of the DNA in your samples from the standard graph.
