In this assignment you will work together with other students from your workshop group as a team of two. You are required to play the role of business analysts working on information system solutions for a pizza shop. You work for an IT consultancy firm and as such are expected to use correct IT terminology and keywords.

The Brief from the Pizza Shop (or the Assignment Question)

The pizza shop would like you to come up with a recommendation as to how it can better make use of new Information Systems in order to improve the experience of both offline (in-store) and on-line (web-based) customers. The company itself started out as a small-size business that has been attempting expand into a medium-size enterprise by branching out both physically into various regions, and virtually by creating an online presence.

Work Organisation:

You will work together as a team and submit a joint report for the assignment that suggests various information system approaches that can be explored to build the pizza shop information system.
