Techi's Ltd is a computing company making, importing and retailing computers and computer software. They have several branches internationally. Sales have been good until recently when since the recession they have suffered from falling sales and excess stocking of out dated hardware and software. They have managed to stay afloat by cutbacks and reducing staff levels, both operational and managerial.
