We will then use this implementation to build an Emergency Room project that uses a heap- based priority queue for patients. When a patient checks in their arrival time is recorded and the severity of their condition is determined on the scale from 1 to 10. They are then placed into a priority queue based on the following rules: 1. Patients with a greater severity get priority. 2. Older patients with the same severity get priority. 3. Patients with the same age and severity who arrive earlier get priority. Patients are then admitted in the order of their priority
