Question: Your presentation will incorporate the information from your Synthesis I and II papers and add your plan to implement and evaluate your proposed practice change. It is acceptable to use past tense when discussing your PICO, search, and literature synthesis. It is then acceptable to use future tense when describing your proposed practice change, change model, and data collection and analysis for evaluation of your proposed practice change.

The presentation should not be longer than 15 minutes. You can choose to have video and audio of yourself or only audio during your presentation. Your presentation should include:

An introduction,
A description of and significance of the practice problem
The PICO-format clinical question
A summary of the search strategy and results
A synthesis of the literature support for the proposed change
A description of the setting for the planned change
A proposed change process using the ARCC model
An evaluation plan including criteria with measures, data collection and analysis
