The President of a company decides that the company needs to implement a diversity tolerance policy. The develops a policy that prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, gender, national origin, religion, sexual orientation and gender identity. One of his employees is a devout Christian and believes that his faith requires him to actively fight to eliminate homosexuality. The employee puts up large posters on the outside of his cubicle to convince homosexuals to repent. The posters conflict with the new divesity policy and are making other employees uncomfortable. The employee claims that allowing him to keep his posters is a reasonable accomodation for his religious beliefs. The president wants to fire the employee and asks you for advice.
