A gas over liquid lifting device has a 200 gallon reservior in which the pressure within the reservior is raised by 200 lbf/in2. gas is routed through a check valve to the gas over liquid reservior to control the hydraulic output pressure from the reservior. the reservior is 2/3 full when the lift is lowered and 1/3 full when the lift is fully raised. If the lift has a load attached that creates a back pressure that holds the check valve closed and therefore keeps the lift from lowering, what is the resultant pressure in the reservior?
