Is the PDSA tool useful in identifying and improving patient safety or quality issues?
Thinking about the goals and timeline you developed in the activities from the last module and the major challenges in healthcare and how they can be improved, use the Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA)tool to outline the steps you would take foran issue you identified. Your identified issue should relate to patient safety or a quality issue (falls, infections, interdepartmental communication, etc.).
Complete the PDSA Worksheet Template document, providing the quality or safety issue and listing the activities, start date, and completion date for each step.
