Leaders must analyze the effects of social justice initiatives on stakeholders and the broader ethical and social contexts in which organizations operate.

In this assignment, you will create an infographic to visually represent the relationship between your SWOT analysis (specifically, weaknesses and threats), key stakeholders, and historical and/or systemic social justice issues.

Review the weaknesses and threats from your SWOT analysis from Module 6.

Identify your organization's key stakeholders affected by the weaknesses and threats. Key stakeholders can include:

Community members
Others influenced or affected by your organization's social justice policies and initiatives

Review the course readings and video presentations and conduct additional research using the ACE LibraryLinks to an external site.. Explore the impact of social justice issues, policies, and initiatives on your identified stakeholders. Consider the following examples to guide your thinking:

If a weakness relates to diversity and inclusion, how does it affect underrepresented employees or customers?
If a threat is connected to unethical practices, what impact does it have on the community your organization serves?
Identify historical or systemic social justice issues related to your selected weaknesses and threats. Find concrete examples or case studies to support your analysis.

Step 3
Select a digital tool to create your infographic with supporting visuals. See potential tools in the ACE Digital Tools Center or choose one of your own. Your selected tool must enable saving as a PDF.

Synthesize your research to create a visual infographic that maps the relationships between the weaknesses and threats from your SWOT analysis, the key stakeholders, and the identified social justice issues. Your infographic may include:

Arrows, lines, or other visual elements to show how these elements are connected
Text bubbles and other shapes to provide supporting evidence
Icons, images, and color-coding to enhance the visual appeal and clarity
Cite your evidence using APA-formatted in-text citations. Include your citations in an APA-formatted reference section of the infographic.
