Daisy Loo is a 67-year-old female who arrives at the ER after a fall while working in the garden with her wife. During her secondary survey it comes to light that she has been experiencing persistent stiffness in her muscles and tremors, even at rest, over the last months and this contributed to her fall today. She has difficulty tying her shoes, fastening buttons and has tripped over her own feet multiple times. Her wife reports that Daisy's mood is lower and she has been sleeping poorly. Luckily, she has not experienced any serious injury from the fall today, however she is frustrated and worried about her symptoms. She is anxious about what this acute neurological workup may uncover. She was seen by neurologist and after diagnostic reviews and clinical examinations she is diagnosed with Parkinson's disease- Break stage 2.
