Write a thoughtful, self-reflective essay about own family dynamics using the concepts and terms from the course, book, and discussions to help illustrate their applied understanding of this course. In the process of this paper, the student will identify and examine their assumptions, biases, and beliefs as it relates to families, systems, and therapy. Must answer and address all questions.

Identify the systems and subsystems of your family (at least three generations)
Identify what is part of your microsystem, exosystem, and macrosystem
Identify interpersonal, individual, and environmental factors that contribute to yourself
Identify patterns that are universal, culture-specific, and idiosyncratic to you
Identify at least 3 rules that govern your family
Identify your own values, assumptions, and beliefs as it relates to families and therapy
Identify where these values, assumptions, and beliefs came from
Include one visual component, either a genogram or ecomap to illustrate above topic
