Powel Adamski is a 37-year-old who works as a personal support worker (PSW) in a long-term care (LTC). He is married with 4 children. His wife Slawa works as a part time cleaner in the mall near their house. Powel works long hours due to shortages of PSW's in the LTC. He often works late and often has arguments with his wife Slawa when he gets home. Slawa stated she is tired of taking care of the children and doing household chores all by herself. Powel has a medical history of Type 1 diabetes, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia. He smokes 1 pack a day and is an occasional alcoholic drinker. On Powel's last medical follow up, his doctor advised him to quit smoking and drinking given his medical history.
