Kara is a solicitor and she has been representing two clients, Carl and Helen, in the joint purchase of a new property. The initial plan was that the clients were to purchase the property together to open a new boutique. The purchase is nearly complete, however there has been a lot of infighting between the clients. This is due to a disagreement between Carl and Helen regarding the name of the boutique. Each client is asking Kara to side with them and to help convince the other client to agree to their name.
