Identify the main cybersecurity and ethical issues in the Capital One breach. Undertake additional academic research into insider threats, cloud misconfiguration, and regulatory accountability to support your discussion.

Analyze the actions of Capital One leadership and the insider perpetrator, using your choice of Code of Professional Conduct (ACM, IEEE, or ACS) to assess professional responsibility and governance.

Apply classical ethical theories-utilitarianism, deontology, contract theory, and virtue ethics-to analyze the ethical dilemmas facing Capital One, its employees, and regulators. Present reasoned arguments that support clear recommendations.

Make recommendations of what actions or policies should have been implemented by Capital One leadership to prevent the breach or respond ethically, giving justifications based on professional codes and ethical theory.

Write an overall conclusion summarizing your findings and defend the recommendations you've made.

Include a reference list at the end using the Adapted Harvard referencing style. You must include at least ten (10) quality academic references (journal articles, standards, professional codes etc.). All references must be cited in-text in the body of your report.
