As a group, select one of the case studies discussed in the course: George, Roger, or Vanessa.

(If the team selects Vanessa, refer to chapter 2 of TIP-32.)

In an essay of 1,250-2,000 words, create an ideal integrated treatment plan as demonstrated in TIP-42. In the treatment plan, address the following:

Select at least two standardized assessment tools that you would use to assess the needs of this client. Provide a rationale for why the group chose these specific tools.

Create a provisional diagnosis for the client based on his/her presenting symptoms. Discuss how you arrived at the diagnostic conclusion (i.e., symptoms, presenting problems, etc.)

Identify the interventions that will be utilized to treat the client.

Discuss some potential challenges that may occur during the treatment process and ways that they can be addressed.
