Finding the Components of an Enterprise System

The supply chain management system at Wal-Mart represents only one type of enterprise system companies can use for running their businesses efficiently. One of the most popular enterprise systems in organizations is enterprise resource planning (ERP).

Please identify the components of an ERP system offered by the one of the larger companies, such as SAP, Oracle PeopleSoft, or Microsoft Dynamics. Prepare a short report that identifies the company that sells the ERP system, a brief background on the company, the components of the ERP system, and a brief description of each component.
