Cases

1. Mary Smith presents today for removal of a lower lid eye lesion and an adjacent tissue transfer is performed.  The lesion is identified as 1 sq cm.

2. Patient presents today for an injection to the lumbar interspace for pain control. Patient was placed in the prone position, and his lumbar area was sterilized.   Local anesthesia is administered.  The epidural space was then injected with 12 cc of 0.5% Lidocaine and 30 mg of Aristocort. The needle was removed, and the wound was dressed. There were no complications noted.
