Problem 1. Identify someone you could consider a mentor (pick someone in the fitness industry). What qualities do they have that made you choose them? Create an questionnaire of what you would ask them that demonstrates how you would communicate with your mentor.

Problem 2. Make up a personality that is (loyalty, leadership, hard work, honesty, integrity, compassion, and the support of family) and answer the following questions. Do you think you would make a good mentor? Define in yourself what qualities you have that would make you a good mentor to someone else and add it to the end of your task.

Problem 3. Write a story in a teen boys perpesctive. In that story make up a mentor or an adult. That the teen would know and trust that reflects the qualities you listed earlier that you think would be important in a mentor. (make up a scenario) Spend a workday with them and log/journal what you did and how they can help you develop your interpersonal skills. Reflect at the end whether you found this to be a worthwhile experience.
