Please identify one leader and a corresponding article (in the music industry or otherwise), and describe why she/he is a forward-thinking innovator. Be sure to provide two specific lessons to be learned and applied from her/his leadership approach and your reasoning for why you consider this leader to be a Bach, Barnum, or Bowie innovator of the future.
