Imagine that you have just received a research grant to identify effective treatments for minimizing jet lag. You have examined the existing research and have noted three suggestive treatments for alleviating the condition:

1) doses of Vitamin B complex;

2) 10 minutes of meditation; and

3) 15 minutes of aerobic exercise.
