Student instructions:
For the assessment task, you are required to write a report on explaining how you identified and resolved problem that could have or had occurred at your workplace. Student who are not currently working, consider a simulated workplace of your interest and identify a general problem that could occur in an organization and how would you resolve this problem. In your simulation assume yourself to be a Manger of specific department and you are managing a team of 4 staff.
To complete this task you would be given a week's time. Prior to understanding the task, you are required to demonstrate your knowledge of:
- Reading
- Writing
- Oral communication
- Numeracy
- Navigate the world of work
- Interact with others
- Get the work done
- Existing and emerging technologies and how they can be used in knowledge and information management
- Statistical analysis and other quantitative methods commonly used in decision making.
- Key features of management information system and decision support system
- Risk management plans to determine acceptable courses of section.
While writing your report, follow the given specifications that you need to cover in your report:
