Work at a rehabilitation hospital

Directions
The student will undertake a review of the model of care delivery utilized in their own workplace. Elements to be addressed are (but not limited to)type of delivery, nursing theoretical framework, quality initiatives. inter-disciplinary teamwork, process improvement initiatives, measurement of patient outcomes, federal, state, and local regulations that impact delivery of care.

• Cite and include a minimum of five sources, one of which can be the textbook.
• Paper will be 4 -6 pages, excluding title page and reference page.
• Adhere to APA style and formatting throughout your paper and when citing your sources.
