Include the names of the databases you searched and which provider you accessed them through - e.g. Medline (Ovid), Web of Science (Thomson Reuters). You should also include any grey literature sources you used.
Include the date range in which you carried out the searches, any search limits you applied - e.g. language, date ranges of publication, types of publication, availability of full text, librarian, etc. Include any individuals or organizations you contacted.
Be sure to note that each included article/study was appraised using the Johns Hopkins Nursing Evidence-Based Research and Non-Research appraisal forms. Finally reference Table 1 as your Search Strategy and Table 2 as your Appraisal Table.

Explain your model and how it conforms to what you think is needed to enhance "your proposal". Select and explain what steps would be next in regard to the conceptual framework or EBP model you selected.

The purpose of the project or goals (aims) of the project.
Context
In what context or place would your project occur?
Interventionor Phenomenon of Interest
What does your intervention look like; what is your phenomenon of interest and how will you gather additional data?
Comparison
Will you compare to standard care or other intervention? A comparison is not always required. If you are utilizing a comparison explain the comparison and reference where you obtained the information.
Outcome
Keep neutral ~ let your project results reflect what actually happened where you were successful and reached your specific aims/goals for the project. Remember you are not really doing this project so discuss what the neutral outcome is and what kind of data will determine what you find in your project.
Ethical Considerations
Are there any? HINT: All projects have ethical issues!Include if consent is needed and from whom. Identify if your population is vulnerable.
