Case: We have all experienced workplace or personal changes that require us to adapt quickly. Life happens! It is always evolving and changing. Because of this, adaptation and flexibility are a necessity.

Think about your past work experience for a moment. Was there a time where you had to quickly adapt to change? Select one of the changes listed below and explain how you have used your agility skill to adapt to that change in the past. Or, explain how you would use your agility skill to adapt to it in the future.
