It is very likely that we will encounter these differences as nurses, and we need to know how to recognize them and acknowledge them in our patient care. Write a Reflection Paper (minimum 2 paragraphs, but no more than 2 pages) addressing the following: Reflect on your own beliefs, customs, practices, and rituals related to death and dying. Research a culture, religion, or belief system that differs from your own in relation to death and dying practices and describe these differences - give specific examples of yours versus theirs (ex. Cremation versus burial). How will you (as an LPN) manage these differences?
