How can I provide a case study for the topic How to resolve conflicts through effective communication. The case study is involving two of my coworkers from the dental office. The situation was that one of my coworkers didn't show up to work for being sick. The other coworker got upset for taking care of all of her patients that day. When both of them met at work the next day they got into conflict with each other. Regarding this situation, I as having more experience at work and getting along with both of them, I wanted to be the mediator and was trying to solve the problem. What will be the right thing to do in order to solve this problem?

Referring to the information above, how can I provide a summary and conclusion involving the purpose, framework, social context, findings. How can I show in the conclusion the statement that reveals the understanding of how to analyze conflict and integrate in psychological context a constructive conflict transformation.
