A cycle is characterized by the following three processes: Process 1-2 is defined to be a constant pressure expansion. Process 2-3 occurs with PV = constant. Process 3-1 is a depressurization at constant volume. a) Sketch the cycle b) Is this cycle a power cycle, or refrigeration cycle? c) If P3 is 3 bar, calculate either the thermal efficiency (if it is a power cycle), or the COP (if this is a refrigeration cycle). Can this problem even be solved with this amount of information?
