There are many controversial subjects consistently making headlines in the news; gun control, abortion, plan parenthood, immigration, ISIS, racial profiling, law enforcement brutality, same-sex marriage, etc. These issues sometimes makes it hard for the President and lawmakers to make a positive move toward a resolution because of bureaucracy and the judicial system. Just like President Obama stated about the last school shooting in Oregon, "we are becoming numb" because bureaucrats refuse to admit the obvious; there is a problem. In the case of judicial system, what judge has the right to tell a woman what to do with her body or refuse to convict law enforcement or politicians for wrongdoing. Regardless of what political moves are made, it won't please everyone, thereby leaving the scales unbalanced.

Question 1: "My Hands Are Tied"

Identify a particular controversial subject and why it is an issue for you. Discuss with details, three separate ways how you would eliminate the bureaucracy about the issue whereby it pleases the greater good (the majority of the American citizens).

Question 2: "You Have The Right"

Identify a politician, corporate leader, or entertainer in your state that you think has been wrongly convicted; received or did not receive the conviction they earned or deserved. Discuss three reasons in detail how the judicial system can change to ensure everyone receives a fair trial and conviction.
