Watch and read the Expert Analysis carefully.
Your Comparative Report must address the following points:
Comparison
Identify the similarities and differences between your report and the expert analysis. This can be presented in dot points or in a table (approx. 100 words).
Learning outcomes
Using the literature, identify an justify what you believe are the strengths and limitations in your report compared to the expert report (approx. 400 words, with at least 6 references). In this section you will be required to reflect on your student report and the expert report, and demonstrate what you have learnt.
Some examples:
o You may have discussed how one of the identified examples of teamwork and/or communication relates to the patient and staff, but have not identified how this may link to the organisation.
o The expert report may have identified aspects of teamwork and/or communication that you didn't recognise, and this has enabled you to consider these concepts and how they can impact patients, staff and the organisation.
o You may believe that you have written a clear, succinct and accurate report consistent with the expert analysis, therefore you need to justify this using the literature.
Impact on you as a graduate nurse
Discuss how the identified aspects of teamwork and communication impact your clinical practice as a graduate nurse. In your response, make at least one recommendation for your future practice (approx. 300 words).
