Case Briefing: Window of the future
Intemorm is a leading Austrian manufacturer of windows made of wood, PVC, aluminum or of a combination of these materials. They sell a wide range of customer-tailored windows in different countries. Their sales organization consists of a network of independent dealers who directly contact the customers. Customers of Internorm include end consumers (82C) as well as building construction companies, real estate companies and housing companies (1326).
Intemonn's R&D department is always trying to fulfill customers' needs and demands and therefore asks the Marketing Research Manager to help them. They want to get information from their Austrian 1326 customers (not the final customers, not markets abroadl) about the important aspects of the 'window of the future". This includes questions like how should the window of tomorrow look like to perfectly and competitively fulfill Business customers needs?' but also aspects of 'service", "relationship', to name some other important market aspects.
Instructions:
A secondery reserach, quanitative research, online survey and etc. All were already made for this research and what you need is only (result of the online survey) and this can be done by imagining that we got certain results and responses from the online survey we did .
You need 2-3 pages which contain for example : results of the online survey, suggested answers for our questions regarding the issue (problem ) , analyzing of the results , ideas to use these results to optmize our product ...... .
Please be careful that what you need is not an online survey but a result of the online survey, and you can just imagine any results of the online survey
