Sergeant Renee Mitchell - Sacramento PD, hones in on today in law enforcement & the multitude of changes, policies etc. to an audience at Oxford. I think you will find the content enlightening as it relates to what we discussed in class on Monday referencing Sir Robert Peel plus additional content of women and policing.
