A 49-year-old male is admitted to the intensive care unit with acute lower limb ischemia. She had no risk factors for hypercoagulability, PAD, smoking, diabetes, cancer, pregnancy, or extended travel. 24 hours after presentation she developed fever and shortness of breath and was discovered to have contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID 19 infection.
