Question - Fortunately, learners and shareholders believe in DBT Inc. and the company would like to issue dividends. DBT Inc. has $250,000, $1.50, no par value preferred shares (100,000 shares) and $500,000 of no-par value common shares outstanding (250,000 shares). No dividends have been paid or declared during 2019 and 2020. As of December 31, 2021, the company wishes to distribute $900,000 in dividends.
