A stepper motor is being used to move a crane. The motor has the following properties: Holding torque = 2 m.kg, dynamic torque = 1.5 m.kg, and detent torque = 0.5 m.kg. Through a 1:5 gear, the motor (motor connected to the smaller gear), turns a 0.5 meter pulley around which a rope is wound.
