Alternatively, you may select a state/city/community within the United States from the Bureau of Justice Statistics and/or Federal Bureau of Investigation websites.

2. Review the Case Studies document and consider the types of crimes and influencing factors associated with each of the cases presented.

3. Select one case study from the Case Studies document on which to focus for this Discussion and attempt to think like an offender by considering the circumstances and experiences the person may have had that drove them to commit a crime.
