If the oil under consideration in Ex. 7.8-1 is to be heated to 110°F, how many rows of tubes are required?

Oil at 60°F is to be heated to 150°F in a staggered tube bundle such as that shown in Fig. 7.8.4a. The tubes have an outer diameter of 1 in. and are to be heated by condensing steam so that the outer tube surface should be at a nearly constant temperature of 200°F.
