A. How many forward rates are there over the four-year period? Identify each forward rate with the symbol F which represents the forward rate over the period from the end of year "T" to the end of year "T+N". For example, F is the two-year forward rate from the end of year 2 to the end of year 4.

B. Calculate all the forward rates you have identified in the previous question.
