Ashlee: The concepts that were learned in this class are going to have a positive effect on my career and also advancing my career to where I want to be. There is always room from improvement when it comes to healthcare and this class was able to show me the steps to take and the analysis like SWOT and SPACE analysis that will help with the fine details. I know every healthcare organizations has there out mission, values and core values but being able to write my own the correct way was a huge achievement for me, yes I practice the mission and values that are already in place, but I felt that I could make my own or even better the ones that are in place now. Like I said before this whole class was beneficial to anyone who is looking to advance their career in the healthcare admin stage.
