PRESENTATION

Comprise a presentation using PowerPoint presentation software that includes 16-20 (do not exceed 20), include audio and, ALL of the following points:

o Examine management of human capital and how it supports strategic thinking (ST) and the learning organization (LO).
o Analyze the impact structure and culture have on the creation and maintenance of ST/LO organizations
o Formulate an inclusion and relationship-building strategy for managers within the organization.
o Design your own management plan to meet current and future needs. Taking into consideration what you have learned this term (Organizational Structure, Culture, Behavior, etc.) provide at least three strategies that would help the organization move toward the future. For example explain how a manager can predict future challenges (internal & external factors, culture, structure influences, etc.) and what actions they can take to overcome these.

o The presentation should begin with an introductory slide that clearly and succinctly explains what you intend to cover in the body of the presentation.
o The presentation should end with a conclusion/summary slide that clearly and succinctly explains what you covered in the body of the presentation.
o Include audio in your presentation that presents all the required material.
You can use one of the options or another that you are familiar with.
o Third-person writing is required. Third-person means that there are no words such as "I, me, my, we, or us" (first-person writing), nor is there use of "you or your" (second-person writing).
o Contractions are not used in business writing, so the expectation is that students do NOT use contractions in the assignment.
