Bones, joints and muscles are what hold us together and allow us to move. Muscles need energy to function properly. It is a wonderfully complex path from what we eat to the use of phosphate bonds that turn adenosine biphosphate to adenosine triphosphate (ATP) which is what provides the energy for all we do.
