A 12,000 lb truck is southbound on the Guadalupe street. Whenit enters the intersection with the MLK boulevard, its velocity is20 MPH in the direction 30° East from South. (Note that theGuadalupe street bends at the intersection.) A 3000 lb car goingWest on the MLK runs a red light and collides with the truck. The two vehicles become stuck together in the collision, and the combined wreckage moves due South until it hits the 7/11 gasstation at the corner.
