A person with perfect pitch sits on a bus bench listening to the 450{\rm Hz} horn of an approaching car. If the person detects a frequency of 475{\rm Hz} , how fast is the car moving? I have answered 19, 19.1, 20, 15.3 and 19.0 all are incorrect.
